As all of our products are personalised we are unable to provide a refund or replacement or reimbursement for shipping if you change your mind once production has started. However, please contact us straight away and will do what we can to help. Please check all the details of the Product before purchasing to ensure that it is going to meet your needs, in particular please check the spelling of any name. If you are unsure about the suitability of the product you wish to purchase, please email us at email@example.com to discuss.
If the customised product is damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item by email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will organise to replace it as quickly as possible.
Refunds (if applicable)
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
