There is no minimum order quantity when you bring your own item or for items in stock. There may be minimum orders through suppliers who are also likely to have a freight cost.
There is a minimum fee of $30 but this will cover most names on an individual item although cost is dependent on the size of the lettering. Prices are reduced if the same design is used on multiple items. The average bag name is $20. Embroidery of logos will be priced depending on the size of the logo and the complexity of the design. Please note a set up fee may apply for designs other than plain text.

For the purposes of embroidery, logos have to be digitised in a format which an embroidery machine can read. Although the process starts with a Jpeg, png, pdf or EPS file, this has to be professionally converted. This incurs a one off fee (between $30-50). For dye sublimation and digital vinyl transfer, Jpeg, png, pdf or EPS files are accepted. Please note that any file sent should be of good quality as the finished artwork will be dependent on the quality of the original image. If the image/logo is not provided in a cut file format, set up fees may apply.
For naming of items and basic text no set up costs apply. Set up costs apply for embroidery when an image/logo needs to be digitised or when a cut and print or cut file needs to be created (for the creation of stickers or preparation of logos or images. Set up costs start at $10 for basic sticker preparation.

The more lead time you give, the better! Although, we understand that sometimes things are urgent and will do everything we can to help. The average turnaround time for items in stock or BYO is 3 days. (If there is no set up/file preparation needed.)
